    The problem of responsibilities of civil servants is rather controversial. Administrative civil servants are of the two types: generalists and specialists.
    I`d like to start with a few remarks about generalists. Traditionally generalists have dominated the service and are awarded higher status than specialists. A generalist is someone who has received a general education (who has, for example, a degree in history, classics or foreign languages). And I`d like to add some facts about specialists. a specialist is someone with a particular training (for example, as an economist, a lawyer, a scientist or an accountant) from whom specialist, technical advice may be sought.
    I was thinking you might be interested in this topic. What can you say about responsibilities of civil servants in Russia?

    I`d like to raise the problem of the difference between social groups of people.
    There is one point I`d like to make that there are a lot of indicators which determine the social class of the person e.g. the language factor, behavior, clothing, furniture, utility items, entertainment, food and drinks, form of leisure.
    I was thinking you might be interested in this topic. Do you know some interesting facts which determine the belonging of a person to a particular class?

    At present there is no doubt that duties of civil servants are different and depend on the servant’s status. And someone has a higher status and more privileges.
    There is one point I’d like to make that administrative civil servants are of the two types. They are generalists and specialists.     I'd like to raise the problem of senior civil servants' inability to understand the problems of odinary people.
    I'd like to start with a few remarks about these servants. Firstly, they always tend to be male and come from the middle class. Secondly, they graduate from Oxford or Cambridge University. They are elite, educationally or socially.
    I was thinking you might be interested to discuss why odinary people are misunderstood by these civil servants.

    Today we are talking about the difference of the lifestyle in social groups of people.
    It's obvious that there are a lot of aspects which form the behavior of present americans, for examples, an abylity of modulating the voice or clothes.
    I wonder if you've ever thought about the characteristics which differentiate different people to different social classes.

    Everybody knows that there are two types of administrative civil servants: generalists and specialists. Certainly, they have different education,status and responsibilities.
